Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of CacheMonai Insights, a strategic-analysis web application provided by CacheMonai, LLC (“CacheMonai,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

CacheMonai Insights generates AI-assisted strategic business analyses based on information you provide about a company. Output includes SWOT analysis, segmentation, executive summary, and a prioritized strategic roadmap. The service is offered on a Free Trial tier with one analysis per account, and a paid Premium tier with broader access.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One person, one account: do not share credentials, and do not create multiple accounts to circumvent tier limits.

Premium subscriptions are billed at the price shown at checkout, on a recurring basis until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card information on our servers. You may cancel at any time through your Account & Billing page or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds.

During the closed beta, no payments are processed. Comped beta accounts have Premium-equivalent access at no charge.

Do not use CacheMonai Insights to: violate any law; infringe anyone’s intellectual-property or privacy rights; attempt to reverse-engineer the service; submit material that is defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful; or interfere with the operation or security of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, with or without notice, depending on severity.

CacheMonai owns the service, the underlying software, and the brand (the “CacheMonai” and “CacheMonai Insights” names, logos, and design system). You retain ownership of the company information you submit and the generated reports produced for your account. You grant us a limited license to process that data as needed to deliver the service and improve it.

The reports produced by CacheMonai Insights are AI-generated strategic analyses intended to support business judgment — not to replace it. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Decisions you make based on a report are your own, and you should validate material conclusions with qualified advisors and primary sources.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CacheMonai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater.

You may close your account at any time through your Account & Billing page. Closing your account permanently deletes your account record, generated reports, company profile, and submitted feedback. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

These terms are governed by the laws of the [STATE OF FORMATION], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction.
